Hunting launches Opti-TEK™: Smarter, Safer Well Interventions at the upcoming ADIPEC and ICoTA Europe exhibitions

These technologies will feature as part of the technology showcase at Hunting’s ADIPEC and ICoTA Europe exhibitions.

Built on Hunting’s TEK-HUB innovation platform, Opti-TEK™ combines in-house expertise with strategic technology partnerships to accelerate next-generation tools to market. The initial product line includes:

• Opti-TEK™ Slickline Tubing Cutter – Disruptive, non-explosive, downhole cutting. A battery-powered, autonomous cutter with CNC-precision for safe, efficient, verified severance in plug and abandonment (P&A) operations, or environmentally sensitive locations.
• Opti-TEK™ Data Stem – Downhole intelligence for slickline operations. A plug-and-play slickline tool that captures pressure, temperature, accelerometer and CCL data at a fraction of conventional system costs.
