The operator of the Skogul field is Aker BP, which owns a 65% share in the concession. The remaining shares belong to PGNiG Upstream Norway. The Skogul field is located in the immediate vicinity of the Vilje field, in which PGNiG Upstream Norway has a 24.24% share. The company estimates that the increase in own production due to the start of extraction from the new deposit will amount to over 4000 boe/d.
