EM&I – the international asset integrity specialists – have just achieved their third prestigious RoSPA (Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents) ‘President’s Award’ after having received 12 consecutive Gold Awards.
“Safety has to become a culture in the company to achieve this award” according to Danny Constantinis (Executive Chairman) of the EM&I Group. “Everybody has to be serious about safety to maintain such an enviable record which is vital in the offshore oil and gas business. I’m delighted that we have won this prestigious award for the third time, which independently recognises EM&I’s dedication to operating safely and to continuous improvement”.
The RoSPA Awards scheme is open to businesses and organisations of all types and sizes both in the UK and overseas. The judges consider entrants overarching occupational health & safety management systems including practises such as leadership and workforce involvement.
