U.S. Water, the provider of integrated solutions for water treatment, will give two technology presentations during the Association of Water Technologies (AWT) Annual Conference at the San Diego Convention Center, 7 - 10 September.
With the explosive growth of connected devices in the communications world, it is important that water treaters understand how the changes can impact their business. “The Internet of Things and Its Impact on the Water Treatment Industry” will be presented on Thursday, Sept. 8 from 3:30 - 4 pm by Michael Henk, U.S. Water’s director of automation & service.
On Friday, Sept. 9, Jim Lukanich, U.S. Water’s director of applied technology, will present “Biological Testing Methods for Cooling Water – Tests, Interpretation & Reality” from 9 - 10:30 am. This workshop will review the methodology, application and proper interpretation of biological test method results.
“As a thought leader in the water industry, U.S. Water is committed to providing quality content at the AWT Annual Conference, which we have been doing for many years,” said LaMarr Barnes, U.S. Water’s senior executive vice president of marketing & strategy. “This year Michael Henk and Jim Lukanich will show AWT attendees how to improve plant efficiency and reduce costs through the effective use of the Internet and the latest biological testing methods.”
