Sercel-GRC appoints vice president major accounts and operations

Sercel-GRC, an oil and gas service company that designs, manufactures and markets downhole data acquisition instruments and surface equipment, has named William H. ‘Willie’ Milne as vice president, major accounts and operations. Milne will also be appointed to the Sercel-GRC Strategic Leadership Team.

Based in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Milne will be responsible for growing relationships with US domestic oilfield service companies and developing new business with clients in the artificial lift sector. He will also oversee the sales administration and customer service departments.

Milne has more than 20 years of experience in leading global business development, global and regional sales and marketing in artificial lift, having spent more than 12 years in a range of vice president and director roles at Baker Hughes. During this time, he has served a pivotal role in growing regional business in the US, Latin America, the North Sea and Africa. Most recently, he held the title of global director of operations for the Zenith product line at Baker Hughes.

Milne holds a degree in electrical engineering from Aberdeen University, UK.
