Yemen LNG denies attack on Balhaf terminal

Yemen LNG has denied reports that suspected Al Qaeda militants killed four Yemeni soldiers in their sleep early on Sunday in an attack on forces guarding its Balhaf LNG plant. the country's only liquefied natural gas (LNG) export terminal.

However, Yemen LNG has confirmed that it was informed by Police Authorities that there was an incident involving the Army and local tribesmen that took place around 60 km from Balhaf on the road between Mukalla-Aden.
