Angus Energy completes first stage of Balcombe Partnership

Angus Energy Plc, the conventional oil and gas production and development company, is has announced that pursuant to the Company’s 22 January RNS it has initiated the Balcombe Partnership with the completion of a £1 850 000 payment to Cuadrilla Balcombe Limited (Cuadrilla) and Lucas Bolney Limited (Lucas).

 

Noble Energy announces US$750 million share repurchase programme

Noble Energy, Inc. has announced that its Board of Directors has authorised a US$750 million share repurchase programme.  In addition, the Company has executed an agreement to sell its deepwater Gulf of Mexico assets to Fieldwood Energy LLC (Fieldwood) for a total value of US$710 million. 

 
 
 

ShaMaran announces payment for Atrush oil deliveries

ShaMaran Petroleum Corp. reports that TAQA Atrush BV, operator of the Atrush Block, has received US$16.2 million on behalf of the Atrush co-venturers from the Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) as payment for November 2017 crude oil deliveries from the Atrush license to the export market.
