AAOG provide results from Djeno

The company has reported that the TLP-103C well at its Tilapia licence in the Republic of the Congo has intersected the targeted Djeno horizon and that hydrocarbons were encountered.

 
 

Wood Mackenzie: Glengorm ‘largest UK gas find since 2008’

"At 250 million boe, CNOOC Ltd’s Glengorm is the largest gas discovery in the UK since Culzean in 2008,” Kevin Swann, a senior analyst with Wood Mackenzie’s North Sea upstream team, said after CNOOC and its partner Total announced the discovery.

 
 
 
 

Lundin granted drilling permit in Barents Sea

The Norwegian Petroleum Directorate has granted Lundin Norway AS a drilling permit for well 16/1-31 S, cf. Section 15 of the Resource Management Regulations.
