A company which aims to transform corrosion management has secured a £1 million investment to further develop its technology and expand into the oil, gas and petrochemicals sectors.

The subsea robotics specialist is set to add to its ranks at its Middle East base due to a rise in demand for its services following a successful first year in the region.

The company continues to observe growth in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Steve Gordon, Managing Director of Clarksons Research, said that offshore investment and activity levels are increasing in the region, with project Final Investment Decisions totalling US$23 billion reported in the year to date.
