TotalEnergies sells its interest in SPDC JV

TotalEnergies has announced that its subsidiary TotalEnergies EP Nigeria signed a sale and purchase agreement (SPA) with Chappal Energies for the sale of its 10% interest in the SPDC JV licenses in Nigeria.

 
 
 
 

Saipem awarded two offshore projects in Saudi Arabia

Saipem has been awarded two offshore projects in Saudi Arabia, under the existing long-term agreement (LTA) with Saudi Aramco. The overall amount of the two projects is approximately US$500 million.
