The integrated business, 'Neptune Energy Norge', will be amongst the top five independent producers on the Norwegian Continental Shelf and will become the operator of the Fenja field development project in the Norwegian Sea.

The company has announced that it has completed the acquisition of the remaining 75% interest in the Magnus oil field, an additional 9% interest in the Sullom Voe Oil terminal and supply facility and additional interests in associated infrastructure from BP as planned.

The Petroleum Safety Authority has granted the company consent to drill on the Bøyla field.

The Petroleum Safety Authority have given the company consent to use Songa Endurance for drilling, completion and slot recovery of well 31/2 D-7 BY1H/BY2H/BY3H on the Troll field in the North Sea.
