Formed in 2015, Subsea Integration Alliance is a strategic global alliance between Subsea 7 and OneSubsea, the subsea technologies, production and processing systems division of Schlumberger.

Under the agreement, Shell will reduce its stake in the discovery from 80% to 50% and continue as operator, while Total will retain the remaining 20%.

The 6th Production Sharing Round is scheduled for 7 November and will offer the Aram, Boomerang, Southern Cross, Southwest Sagittarius and North Brava blocks, distributed in the Santos and Campos basins.
