Albert Kahlow becomes Regional Director for the Middle East and Peter Denham is now Regional Director for Europe.

Previously Country Director of the UAE and Iraq, Albert will now lead operations across the breadth of the Middle East, based out of Airswift’s Dubai office. Having joined the company over eight years ago, Albert has a deep understanding of clients’ needs along with an extensive sales and leadership background to support growth in the region.

Albert states: “As the Middle East seeks to further diversify its energy mix, ensuring the sector has the right expertise in the right places will be critical to success. With renewables projects increasing in the region, companies need to support the transfer of skills across sectors. This, combined with the focus on nationalising the workforce, means it is crucial to partner with a trusted workforce solutions company to meet local content requirements and ensure project success.”

Joining Albert is Peter Denham, who will be based in Manchester. Peter started his career with Airswift six years ago as Strategic Account Manager, progressing up to Business Development Director for Europe. This latest promotion is down to his stra-tegic management skills as well as his overall experience and expertise. This allows Airswift’s clients to enhance their long-term financial and operational positions ahead of the competition.

Peter explains: “We’re living in a tremendously exciting time for the energy industry with advancements such as digitalisation revitalising the sector. As an innovation hub, Europe is at the forefront of this change, developing solutions that will meet global demands. This means companies increasingly need a workforce solutions partner they can trust to find the right talent.”

Ford Garrard, MD of EMEA at Airswift adds: “The oil and gas sector in particular is undergoing a resurgence. However, we are witnessing heightened demand in the job market across all energy sectors. We are continually developing our staff to bring out the future leaders of tomorrow, and I look forward to supporting Peter and Albert in the development of their respective regions.”
