Prospex announces 2018 financial results and AGM

Prospex Oil and Gas Plc, the AIM quoted investment company, has announced its final results for the year ended 31 December 2018.
Prospex also gave notice that its Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held at the offices of Charles Russell Speechlys, 5 Fleet Place, London, EC4M 7RD at 9am on 4 July 2019.
The financial results for the year ended 31 December 2018 together with the notice of AGM will be available to download from the Prospex's website and will also be posted to shareholders on or around 14 June 2019.
