Chicago Pneumatic Tools opens new offices in Turkey

Chicago Pneumatic, a global manufacturer of power tools, workshop equipment and hydraulic bolting solutions, has opened new offices in Varyap Plaza, Istanbul, Turkey. The company is expanding its presence in the country with a new 300 m2 Customer Center to better meet the needs of distributors and customers across many industries including vehicle service, industrial maintenance, manufacturing, as well as foundries/casting industry, energy, aerospace and ship building.

“The opening of the new office has great significance for our company and customers,” said Philippe Artzet, Chicago Pneumatic Tools Division President. “It will help us to provide better service for customers, enhance the efficiency of our communication and cooperation while providing a more comfortable working environment to our employees.

“The Customer Center office expansion is a strategic investment for our Division in Turkey. Today, customers deserve a higher level of services to grow and that is what we are delivering here: more customer training services, bigger product servicing capacity, as well as sales and marketing team expansion. The new office is the beginning of a new era for our Chicago Pneumatic teams and it will bring even more opportunities in the future.”

Ataollah Maleki, Chicago Pneumatic Tools Turkey General Manager, added, “We are becoming a more customer centric organisation with this expansion. We have allocated extra resources to development of the service that we give to our customers, so we can ultimately help them to increase their productivity.” 

The new office provides additional space for Customer Support and Service, as well as for Product and Technical training activities. This is an exciting step forward for the company and for all the Turkish distributors and customers who will also benefit from a fully equipped showroom.
