Kemper Valve & Fittings has announced the new large bore manifold trailer and skid product offerings. The new large bore trailer configuration reduces the number of connections from four lines to one, allowing for simple maintenance and lowers the risk of flow cross failures. Manifold trailers facilitate the proper flow of fluids and are essential components for well servicing operations.

“We are excited to offer these products to our customers. Our sales consultants are ready to work with customers to select the best solution for their business needs,” said Kemper’s sales manager, Jay Rene.

Measuring 56’ 8” long and weighing slightly over 50 000 lbs, Kemper’s new large bore trailer looks to lead with the new patent-pending rubber mount isolation system supporting the centrally mounted high-pressure iron. Available for sale as a trailer or a skid, both systems are adaptable to the number of pump ports desired for each customer. No matter the design, each product provides the industry-standard 15 000 PSI pressure rating and 7 1/16 API flange setup and can handle at least 120 bbl/min.

Available now, the large bore manifold trailer and skid are entirely sourced, assembled, and tested domestically to control all quality aspects. Additionally, the trailer is legal for on-road driving in 49 US states and can be customised to comply with a customer’s functional specifications for their well servicing operation.
