New Postle Industries product extends usage of work string tubulars

Postle Industries has announced that it has developed a patent for a product that promises to repair work string tubing that has been worn away to a diameter below acceptable levels. The Tube-Weld 110 works by rebuilding the outer diameter once it has been welded to the distressed area of tubing. Following rebuilding, the area is machined and the treads re-cut, ensuring the connection is ready to resume service.
