Anglo African provide rig update

Anglo African Oil & Gas plc, an independent oil and gas developer, has provided an update on its planned multi-horizon TLP-103 well to be drilled at the company's Tilapia licence in the Republic of Congo.

SEA secures Woodside Scarborough export trunkline contract award

Subsea Engineering Associates Pty Ltd (SEA) has been awarded the contract for Define Phase engineering services for the Scarborough Development Export Trunkline from Woodside Energy Limited. This will enable SEA to utilise the award-winning ICE Platform, and enable rapid delivery of engineering and a mature digital basis of design to be carried into FEED.

 

Novatek spuds first North Obskiy well

PAO NOVATEK announced that its subsidiary OOO Arctic LNG 3 commenced drilling of the first well at the North-Obskiy license area located in the shallow waters of the Ob Bay. The initial well is drilled using a jack-up floating drilling rig “Amazon” leased from “Gazprom flot”. The drilling process is based on zero discharge principle, whereby all of the waste products are collected and transported 125 km to Sabetta onshore base.
