Trendsetter Engineering secures subsea equipment contract

Trendsetter Engineering, Inc has announced that is has been awarded a contract for the provision of subsea production equipment from an operator in the Gulf of Mexico.
The contract includes Trendsetter’s TCS subsea production connectors as well as production valves, which will be sourced from Advanced Technology Valve (ATV), based in Colico, Italy. The equipment is slated for delivery in Q4-2019 with plans for field installation Q1-2020.
“Building upon previous well intervention operations, we are thrilled to expand our services with this valued customer into subsea production equipment,” said Steve Allaire, Director of Business Development for Trendsetter Engineering. “The innovative approach taken by Trendsetter to successfully provide a 15 000 psi light well intervention solution opened the door for Trendsetter to provide these value added hardware solutions for their subsea tie-back project.”
