Solstad Offshore ASA (‘SOFF’) and Subsea 7 has agreed to extend the contract for the CSV ‘Normand Subsea’ with 4 years. The duration of the contract is now firm until 31.12.2023 plus 2 yearly options thereafter.
‘Normand Subsea’ is a versatile IMR vessel that has been on contract to Subsea 7 since 2009. The vessel will continue to operate under a contract Subsea 7 has with BP UK.
“We are very pleased with being awarded this new contract with one of our key clients, Subsea 7. This is another evidence that the subsea maintenance activity is gradually starting to pick up again” says Lars Peder Solstad, CEO of Solstad Offshore ASA.
