Yinson and Enauta enter negotiations on FPSO for Atlanta field

Yinson has said that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Yinson Acacia Ltd., has on 25 August 2021 entered into a binding Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Enauta Energia S.A. (Enauta) to engage in exclusive negotiations for the potential supply and charter of a FPSO unit for the Atlanta field in the Santos Basin, offshore Brazil.

Both parties have agreed to use all reasonable endeavours to complete the negotiations and execute the Transaction Documents by 2Q22 or such later date as may be mutually agreed.
