Oceaneering appoints new Senior Vice President

Oceaneering International, Inc. has announced the appointment of William J. Boyle as Senior Vice President, Asset Integrity.
Mr. Boyle will be responsible for Oceaneering's Asset Integrity business worldwide. This business provides asset integrity management, corrosion management, inspection and non-destructive testing services to customers in the oil and gas, power generation, and petrochemical industries.
Rod Larson, Oceaneering's President, stated: "I am pleased to welcome Bill to Oceaneering. With more than 30 years of international experience in the offshore and subsea industry, Bill has the proven leadership skills and management capabilities needed to take our asset integrity service offerings to the next level. We are focusing on utilising the latest surface and subsea technologies and risk-based asset integrity methodologies to improve process safety while lowering our customers' total cost of ownership."
The Company also announced today that Michael C. Leys, who previously held this position, will become Oceaneering's Vice President, Operations - Asset Integrity. Mr. Leys will aid Mr. Boyle with the day-to-day operations.
