Cleargistix announces strategic partnership with Cape Coastal Marine

Cleargistix LLC recently announced the signing of its second strategic partner to-date in 2016. The company has joined forces with Cape Coastal Marine LLC, a family-owned vessel operator based in Lockport, LA that offers a variety of offshore oil and gas services.

“After a long-time friendship with the folks at Cape Coastal, it just made too much sense not to make it an official partnership,” said Cleargistix VP of Sales & Marketing Casey Richie. “While it’s natural to help your friends out in whatever ways that you can, having an official agreement with us creates incentives for our partners that they don’t receive ordinarily or from their other partners. It’s one of those things where we recognize that we need Cape Coastal as a partner more than they need us, so we work to add as much value as possible there for their time and effort.”

Cleargistix has a standard process for vetting potential partnership opportunities and the company is constantly and actively seeking new partnership opportunities with a variety of marine, oil & gas, and field service companies.

“You can never have enough eyes and ears in this business,” says Jamie Spalt, owner of Cape Coastal Marine, LLC. “Times are certainly tough, but we are confident in our partners and that everyone is truly looking out for each other’s best interest.”

Spalt said he feels that Cleargistix has a particularly strong marketing team and a solid product offering.

“We just think it makes sense to try and leverage each other’s time and effort for both of our benefit. There are loads of cross selling opportunities among the customers we both call on. Additionally, by creating an official partnership we can rest assured that our partners will make every effort to help us maintain a competitive advantage in the marketplace.”
