New website and customer portal for C-Nav
C-Nav®, a division of C & C Technologies providing dynamic DGNSS Precise Point Positioning systems, has unveiled its newly redesigned website and upgraded customer portal.
The website has been updated with a modern interface to better inform existing and potential customers of C-Nav’s full line of products and service offerings.
The customer portal is now equipped to offer online C-Nav Correction Service (CCS) licensing to C-Nav customers. In an effort to speed up the CCS license process and reduce processing errors, customer portal users have the ability to activate or cancel CCS licenses without delay.
“The redesigned website, in addition to updates made to the customer portal, was developed to enhance the experience of all C-Nav customers,” said David Fitts, C-Nav operations manager. “By providing C-Nav customers with instant activation and cancellation confirmations, the CCS licensing process is expedited, thereby improving our customers’ performance.”
