TechnipFMC delays separation

TechnipFMC has announced that it is delaying its planned separation into TechnipFMC and Technip Energies.
The company attributed the decision to the change in market conditions, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the sharp decline in commodity prices, and the heightened volatility in global equity markets.

McDermott awarded offshore contract by Brazil's BRAVA Energia
