CENTRAVIS has recently supplied its product to the Abu Dhabi Marine Operating Co. (ADMA-OPCO), one of the key oil producers operating in the Middle East.

The instrumentation tubes were purchased for use on hydraulic control lines and control equipment, providing additional gas supplies from the offshore platform Umm Shaif Super Complex to the mainland (Additional Gas Supply to Onshore and Flexibility Assurance at USSC). In total, CENTRAVIS provided 14 550 m of instrumentation & hydraulic tubing for this project, each with a 0.25 in. – 1 inch diameter of the following steel grades: N06625, N08904, and S31254. The transaction was effected in January 2016 through a partner in the region – the ESMA Group.

“This was a fundamentally important delivery after having received certification in 2015. As our first project for ADMA-OPCO, we were able to ensure our credibility, prove our skills in practice, showcase our high quality products, and demonstrate our irreproachable service. One of the key requirements of this customer, and generally a challenge for many producers, was short delivery times. However, we were confident and able to provide our product in a timely manner,” remarked Peter Gorban, Head of CENTRAVIS Strategic Marketing and Product Management, Global Product Leader for Precision Tubes.

CENTRAVIS products have successfully passed certification of key oil producing companies in the UAE, such as ADCO, ZADCO, ADMA-OPCO, and ADGAS.
