Offshore Technical Compliance (OTC), the industry leader in compliance related services, has promoted Nicole Hartzheim to director of business development for OTC and OTC Solutions.

Based in Houston, Hartzheim currently serves as both senior quality manager and technical sales engineer at OTC Solutions and has been with the company since 2015. During this time, Hartzheim was responsible for managing projects for compliance services and developing the processes and procedures in the Regulatory Compliance department. She also developed and certified OTC’s Quality Management System (QMS), originally to ISO 9001:2008 and now transitioning to ISO 9001:2015. Last year, she began supporting marketing and the development of new business opportunities with existing and potential clients.

Michael B. Bethea, CEO, OTC, said, “Nicole has amassed more than 12 years of oil and gas offshore drilling, manufacturing and quality experience and has worn a few different hats during her time with us. She will now lead and manage our combined business development activities as we continue on our path of changing the service delivery model for the compliance related services that OTC and OTC Solutions provides. I’m looking forward to our continued success with Nicole in this role.”

Hartzheim holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Wyoming.
