New partnership to benefit Norwegian oil and gas market

Holta & Håland Safety AS, a world-class, experienced and well regarded supplier of integrated solutions to the Norwegian Continental Shelf and Tyco, a global leader in fire, safety and asset integrity solutions has announced a new strategic partnership. The purpose is to provide operators and end users in the Norwegian Oil and Gas market with the widest possible range of life safety and asset integrity solutions as well as the highest level of service – through one single source of supply.

Building on successes

Holta & Håland Safety AS and Tyco have been operating together for more than ten years. Both companies have extensive resources focused on providing life safety and asset integrity solutions. The latest announcement builds on previous successes and strengthens the capabilities that both companies have in supporting oil and gas customers on the Norwegian Continental Shelf.

From April 2015, the Holta & Håland Safety AS and Tyco partnership will provide Oil and Gas operators with a wider scope of life safety products and system solutions. These include turnkey solutions from initial FEED study support through contract delivery and aftersales maintenance, specialist services / testing and support for fire protection; SIL 2 fire and gas detection; safety and PLC systems; fire suppression; safety product supply; audio communications; wellhead and process control; environmental solutions; interface engineering; de-scaling and fiscal metering.
