The survey is in the the Salina del Istmo Basin in the Bay of Campeche and includes the recent Zama-1 discovery.

Recoverable resources in the Ørn exploration well are estimated at 8 – 14 million m3 of oil equivalent, corresponding to 50 – 88 million boe.

Evaluation of logging and sampling data has confirmed that Joe-1 has encountered 14 m of net oil pay in high-quality oil bearing sandstone reservoirs.
