OGUK comments on possible ban on new North Sea exploration licences

OGUK Sustainability Director Mike Tholen has responded to a story published recently in The Sunday Telegraph which suggests UK ministers are considering declaring the beginning of the end for the North Sea oil industry with a ban on new exploration licences.
