EPI Group makes board appointment

EPI Group (EPI) has announced Fiona MacAulay will be joining the board of EPI as non-executive director effective 1 July 2019. She is currently the chair of Independent Oil & Gas, non-executive director of Coro Energy plc and member of Cairn India Ltd advisory board and the president of the AAPG Europe.

MacAulay studied at UCL (BSc Geology) and Reading (MSc Sedimentology) before beginning her career at Mobil North Sea Limited in 1985 then moving to Amerada Hess and later British Gas as manager of International Geological Operations. More recently, she has held the positions of COO for Rockhopper Exploration PLC, CEO of Echo Energy and now is chair of Independent Oil & Gas plc.

TotalEnergies increases its interest in giant field Moho and divests two mature assets

TotalEnergies announces that its 85%-owned affiliate, TotalEnergies EP Congo, has signed an agreement with Trident Energy combining the acquisition of an additional 10% interest in the Moho license from Trident Energy and the sale to Trident Energy of its 53.5% interest in the Nkossa and Nsoko II licenses.
