Rockwell Automation appoints new Regional Director

Rockwell Automation announced that Pierre Teszner has joined Rockwell Automation, Southeast Asia, as its new Regional Director. Based in Singapore, Teszner will be responsible for sales and marketing across all of Southeast Asia, as well as business operations in Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam.
Before Rockwell Automation, Teszner held various roles at Schneider Electric. For the last three years, he served as Vice President EcoBuilding, Commercial, Asia-Pacific, located in Singapore.
Teszner will replace Robert (Bob) Buttermore, who has been named Managing Director, Greater China, in Shanghai.
“Pierre’s broad experience in strategic planning, business development, operations, sales and management makes him well qualified to drive our performance strategy in Southeast Asia, including increasing market share and directing commercial processes,” said Tom O’Reilly, President, Asia Pacific, Rockwell Automation.
