EnLink Midstream completes acquisition of Delaware Basin assets

The EnLink Midstream companies, EnLink Midstream Partners LP and EnLink Midstream LLC has announced that a subsidiary of the partnership completed its previously announced acquisition of gathering and processing assets in the Delaware Basin from a subsidiary of Matador Resources Company.
“We are pleased to complete this acquisition which complements our existing natural gas and crude oil gathering, transportation and marketing services in the Delaware Basin,” said Barry E. Davis, EnLink Midstream President and CEO. “This acquisition solidifies our commitment to grow in West Texas and brings our capital investment in the area to over US$1.5 billion. We will execute on approximately US$250-350 million of additional growth capital in the Delaware Basin over the next 18 months to expand our presence in this region, which is among the most favourable oil producing plays in the United States.”
