Paradigm Group appoints regional Vice President for Latin America

Paradigm Group has appointed Herwin Cruz as Regional VP for Latin America covering Drilling, Well Intervention, Production Enhancement and Fire Protection Services.

The promotion comes in coordination with the approach to Herwin’s 10th year at Paradigm Mexico. Herwin will oversee advancing technical sales and business development in the region.

Paradigm Group CEO Julian Manning commented “Herwin has demonstrated tremendous initiative managing our Mexico drilling activities, being instrumental in growing our business successfully over the past 10 years.”

Herwin adds, “I’m honoured to be promoted to VP for Latin America, I’ve enjoyed my professional development within Paradigm Group and appreciate the encouragement and liberty to put my own influence on the direction of the business. We have more technologies and exciting developments in the pipeline for 2024, it’s a very exciting time for the Group.”

Julian Manning concludes, “I firmly believe the combination of Herwin armed with our extensive technology portfolio supported by Group will be a winning formula in Latin America that adds considerable value to new and existing customers.”
