MAC awarded ‘significant’ contract renewal with BP

Aberdeen-based Maritime Assurance and Consulting (MAC) is celebrating a three-year contract renewal with BP worth in the region of £3 million.
MAC will provide a wide range of marine assurance and warranty services for BP over the next three years in support of its UK North Sea marine operations.
Graeme Reid, MAC’s managing director, said: “This is a significant contract for MAC and the renewal comes as a result of hard work and dedication of the team.
“We have built our strong reputation on delivering consistently for our clients and we know that the quality of our resources was a major factor in securing this contract.
“We have demonstrated our knowledge and operational performance and will continue to work hard to underline the capabilities of the MAC team.”
The company, established in 2011, provides consultancy and support services to the worldwide marine, construction, drilling, decommissioning and floating production industries.
