Central Petroleum Limited announces that drilling continues without incident and is currently at 2274 m MD, with another 700 m to go. Logs will be run from 2360 m MD to evaluate completion options in the Lower Stairway 2.
Background gas continues to increase as more air drilled horizontal open hole becomes available. Natural permeability is low and further work may need to be considered to complete WM26.
