Swift Worldwide Resources specialises in Oil & Gas recruitment and has a global infrastructure, consisting of over 25 offices strategically placed in energy hubs of 15 countries around the world. With such a complex and fast-moving global operation, Swift required an integrated ERP, HR and billing system to support their dynamic recruitment needs.

Established in 1981, Swift is an industry leader in contract, direct, and executive placement services, matching qualified manpower to clients' needs throughout project lifecycles. Swift promises a streamlined recruitment process that exceeds customer expectations in reliability, accuracy and speed. To support this high level of global service delivery, Swift sought an ERP partner with a reliable solution.

Anita John, Group Financial Controller from Swift explains, "After a comprehensive selection process, we selected Microsoft Dynamics AX with Prodware, as the breadth and depth of the solution itself matched our multinational requirements perfectly. It was important that we chose a market-leading product that will grow with our business into the future. We chose Prodware to deliver and install Dynamics AX due to their international experience and network, and by being able to provide a single point of contact for the project, hosting and long term support."

"We were looking for operational efficiencies through improved reporting, integration and multi-company processing on a single, centralised platform that will enable growth." Anita John concludes, "This deal is a significant investment for us and paves the way in enhancing our customer service provision."

Prodware's Sales and Marketing Director, Mark Breeden commented, "We are delighted to welcome Swift Worldwide Resources to our well established and growing list of clients with global requirements, and further solidifies Prodware's reputation as a leading Microsoft Dynamics AX partner.
