WorleyParsons wins FEED contract from Chevron North Sea

Chevron North Sea Ltd has selected WorleyParsons and its INTECSEA subsidiary to execute the FEED for the Facilities associated with Rosebank field, which include an FPSO and subsea infrastructure.

The Rosebank field is located approximately 80 miles (130 km) northwest of the Shetland Islands, in water depths of approximately 3700 ft (1100 m).

Commenting on the award, the Chief Executive Officer of WorleyParsons, Mr. John Grill, said, “We are extremely pleased that Chevron has selected the integrated offering of WorleyParsons and INTECSEA to deliver the next phase of the world-class Rosebank project. This is an excellent example of our deepwater project delivery capabilities in a harsh environment setting. Chevron is one of our top global customers and we look forward to continuing our strong working relationship”.

The Rosebank development is a joint venture between Chevron North Sea Limited; Statoil (U.K.) Ltd; OMV (U.K.) Limited and DONG Exploration & Production (UK) Ltd.
