Warwick West well spudded by Hurricane Energy

Hurricane Energy has announced that the 204/30b-A Warwick West well was spudded on 24 September 2019 using the Transocean Leader rig.

Warwick West is the third and final well of the 2019 Greater Warwick Area drilling programme on Hurricane's Lincoln and Warwick assets.

Hurricane has a 50% interest in the Greater Warwick Area following Spirit Energy's farm-in to the P1368 South and P2294 licences in September 2018.

Chevron announces US$6.5 billion sale of its interests in the Athabasca Oil Sands Project and Duvernay shale

Chevron Canada Ltd has announced that it and a related entity have agreed to sell their interests in the Athabasca Oil Sands Project and the Duvernay shale to Canadian Natural Resources Ltd.
