Good stewards

Bernard J. Duroc-Danner, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer, commented: “Being a multinational organisation, we strive to be good stewards, and this gives us the opportunity to positively impact the communities in which we operate.  As the holidays can be a difficult time for families in crisis situations, it is our wish to support their needs during a special time of year.  We also want to very heartfully thank our many employees and sponsors for their great enthusiasm and unrelenting support in helping create a very successful event.”

Rebecca White, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Houston Area Women’s Centre, added: “We couldn’t do what we do and touch as many lives as we do, without wonderful supporters like Weatherford and their partners. We are so fortunate to be able to work in such a generous community, and we are very grateful.”

Weatherford Platinum-level sponsors, who supported the inaugural Weatherford Walks event, include:

  • PricewaterhouseCoopers
  • Ernst & Young LLP
  • Accenture
