UTEC, a global surveying company in subsea services group Acteon, has, in partnership with Zamil Offshore, secured a major contract in Saudi Arabia for the floatover, from Oman to Saudi Arabia, and installation of multiple platform topsides. The UTEC scope includes topside dimensional control, positioning and motion monitoring during topside transportation and installation, and metocean and weather prediction services.
