Petroplan strengthens Houston team

Petroplan, the global oil, gas and energy recruitment specialist, has appointed James Monaghan as a recruitment manager for its Houston office. Monaghan will be responsible for expanding Petroplan’s footprint throughout the United States, by growing its client and candidate network in dedicated disciplines.
Monaghan brings a decade’s experience to the role and joins Petroplan’s Houston office from NES Global Talent, where he played an integral role in the company’s growth and success across North America. In his new role, Monaghan will lead a team of recruiters specialising in disciplines including construction, commissioning, engineering, HSE and project services.
