TGS has announced a partnership with NRGX to jointly provide a solution to scrutinising well data quality when accessing TGS log subscriptions. This will enable customers to quickly identify the right data for their workflows through the NRGX tool.

NRGX Technologies Ltd. is a provider of high-value, well log data software solutions and services for the energy industry. This partnership allows TGS to utilise the NRGX LAS WORX log viewer within R360TM, the TGS portal to the world's largest well log database. In joining forces, our goal is to allow Geologists, Data Managers, and Geotechs to easily identify curve completeness and quality prior to purchasing logs. The result saves time and provides assurance of relevant and high-quality log data integrated into user workflows.

To access the LAS WORX log viewer within R360, simply click the viewer icon to view curve coverage, logs, statistics, and cross plots. The LAS WORX log viewer is immediately available to all R360TM subscribers; no additional licenses are needed.

Randy Striemer, President and Founder of NRGX Technologies Ltd., said, "NRGX is excited to be working alongside TGS, integrating our LAS WORX well log data platform with R360 to help TGS's customers realise additional insights and value from its industry-leading data offerings."

Carl Neuhaus, VP of Well Data Products at TGS, said, "We are excited about our partnership with NRGX and believe it will allow our customers greater accuracy in selecting the correct logs for their workflows. TGS works very closely with customers to provide input into our development process. The LAS WORX log viewer is an R360 feature that our customers are ready to adopt immediately."
