AGR's Well Management team has announced it has been recognised for excellence in the UKCS Supply Chain Code of Practice. The silver award was announced at the 2015 annual Share Fair in Aberdeen, hosted by Oil and Gas UK.

The Supply Chain Code of Practice (SCCoP) outlines aspirational standards and expectations to guide best practice within the UKCS supply chain. Signatories of the SCCoP are ranked according to their compliance with the code by three grades: bronze, silver and gold.

Ian Burdis, AGR’s Executive Vice President, UK and Africa, said: “It’s great to see our commitment to ethical and safe behaviour being recognised, and to see that the team have remained focussed on compliance and maintaining standards against such a challenging economic backdrop. I’m proud to say that since we have been involved with the SCCoP, we have been ranked in all three categories, demonstrating continuous quality and improvement. Our comprehensive and efficient well delivery supply chain offers an end-to-end service from rig procurement through to drilling services, HSEQ, permitting and logistics, allowing us to offer our clients lower drilling costs.”

AGR’s Well Management division has managed over 500 well projects globally in all a variety of challenging environments.
