Fendercare Marine launches rope splicing facility
Fendercare Marine Asia Pacific has recently launched a new rope splicing service for customers available from its Singapore base.
The service provides the splicing of polypropylene, nylon and mixture for up to 12-strand ropes. The type of rope ends available will include covered soft eyes, thimble eye and thimble & master link, and the company will also consider any special customer requirements.
“Fendercare Marine Asia Pacific has been long established as a leading stockist of high tenacity PP, mixture, nylon and UHMWPE rope products for the mooring, towing, offshore and oil and gas industries. We import and sell approximately 3000 coils of ropes every year from India, Korea and Germany. By adding a rope splicing facility, we are delighted to offer a fully comprehensive rope service to our existing and new customers,” commented Rohan Pande, Business Development Manager.
Fendercare Marine Asia Pacific was established in Singapore in 2000.
