The audit was conducted by an IADC instructor with 20 years of experience, who commended ERIELL personnel on their professionalism and compliance with all IADC training process regulations and requirements.
To confirm the accreditation of the WellSharp and RigPass programmes of training centre, ERIELL regularly undergoes a remote audit, and in February 2020, for the first time, ERIELL passed a full-time audit.
The audit conducted a thorough analysis of the curriculum, testing and training methods, environment and equipment of classrooms, as well as administrative and quality control of the procedures, and assessed the qualifications, experience, competence and skills of instructors.
Vitaly Dokunikhin, First Deputy Chairman of the Board of Eriell Group, CEO of ERIELL NEFTEGAZSERVICE LLC, said: “Our goal at ERIELL is to create a sustainable model for a culture of safe production that integrates operation processes and their operators. We focus on proactive human actions to prevent incidents. IADC accreditation for us is a guarantee of high-quality training of our drilling crews that meet modern international standards for operational management.
“In ERIELL we understand that success of our operations depends on knowledge, skills and dedication of our personnel, especially those working at the fields. The implementation of IADC certified training programmes is an example of successful investment in the development of safe and efficient operational culture.”
