Oilfield Technology,
The SMART library allows subscribers to easily review missed objectives at their own pace by using a keyword system linked to specific training goals. The programme also gives training administrators complete control with the ability of assembling multiple micro courses while coaching and evaluating individual learners in real time to ensure an optimal outcome whether they are in the oil field or the classroom.
There are two ways to get SMART: subscribe as an individual or through a company or enroll in a WCS well control training course.
All WCS students will receive access to the SMART knowledge retention programme upon enrollment, at no extra cost, for use before, during, and after their training session. Being able to access SMART in the classroom gives students an enhanced, blended learning experience that yields outstanding memory recall and test results. After training, take SMART with you on-the-go in between certifications to refresh your well control knowledge.
Organisations who can benefit from SMART include:
- Individual companies.
- University petroleum engineering programmes.
- Government agencies.
- Insurance companies focused on oilfield coverage.
Anyone requiring a refresher or boost in knowledge related to well control can gain unlimited access to every SMART library module for an annual subscription at a reasonable fee.
Each subscriber receives:
- Access to more than 400 training videos.
- Complete control over lesson structure.
- Administration of team’s training while assessing progress.
- Expert-level memory recall capabilities.
- Individual scheduling.
- Professional customer support.
With more than 40 years of well control training experience, WCS leveraged its adult learning methodologies with its System 21 eLearning programme, an award-winning curriculum delivery system in and of itself, to develop an advanced approach for an immersion in mixed-media training that results in an engaging, comprehensive approach to on-demand well control training.
