Bowleven plc and Victoria Oil & Gas Plc have announced that they have signed a farm-out agreement relating to the Bomono production sharing contract.

Aker BP ASA (Aker BP) is the operator of the Volund field, in the North Sea, around 220 km west of Tananger in Rogaland county. Volund is an oil field that has been developed using a subsea facility tied back to the Alvheim FPSO unit.

The contract will see two Actemium business units, Actemium Oil & Gas Maintenance and PACE Nigeria, carrying out global maintenance on the Egina FPSO for five years.
