The acquisition enhances Acteon’s subsea integrity management offering.

The company and its licence partners have submitted the report to the Ministry of Petroleum and Energy, with a final investment decision due early in 2019.

Global integrated subsea services business, Kreuz Subsea, has announced the appointment of Knut Eriksen as the board’s first independent non-executive director.

The company has been providing services on the Chevron-operated Gorgon and Wheatstone Projects and other assets since February 2015.

Subsea Connect, the Aptara™ TOTEX-lite subsea system and BHGE’s SPS Catalogue were unveiled to E&P customers at a launch event in Houston, USA.

Project management and engineering are scheduled to be performed in Houston, Texas, with offshore installation by McDermott targeted for completion in mid-2019.

The transaction comes just 10 months after the company completed a joint venture with Forum Energy Technologies.

The agreement will involve the provision of enhanced subsea architecture and smart standardisation via Enpro’s patented Flow Access Module (FAM) technology.
