Subsea7 has announced the award of a sizeable contract by Turkish Petroleum Offshore Technology Center AS (TP-OTC) to provide inspection, repair and maintenance (IRM) services for the Sakarya gas field development in the Black Sea.

The contract covers the design and manufacture of subsea tree systems, manifolds, jumpers, controls, and services.

Subsea7 today announced the award of a sizeable contract by Shell Offshore Inc. in the US Gulf of Mexico.

DeepOcean said the eight year contract will set a new benchmark for digitalised and environmentally friendly IMR operations.

Ocean services provider DeepOcean and well management and reservoir specialist EXCEED have entered into a collaboration agreement to supply vessel-based well plug and abandonment (P&A) services to the global decommissioning market.

More than 20 wells plugged and abandoned for North Sea client, engineered in 2023 and executed in 2024.

The project scope includes a supplier-led, high-pressure subsea pump solution complete with an integrated power and controls umbilical, as well as associated topside equipment.

DeepOcean will conduct a subsea campaign for Vår Energi next year that includes IMR services at the Goliat and Balder fields. The contract builds on several years of IMR execution by DeepOcean for Vår Energi.

NOL said the purpose of the letter of intent is to outfit NOL submersibles with the Kinetic Blowout Stopper.
